Delivery Date Estimates
Due to products being made to order, orders will take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 4 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up 24-48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

International Shipping Policies
For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days. Due to COVID-19 the international shipping has been delayed significantly. Please be patient while receiving orders internationally. If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Shipping Address Issues
Call Me Callipygian WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
Delivery Issues
All orders with delivery issues where the package is labeled delivered and the customer didn’t receive the package must file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is unsuccessful upon further review we may issue a store credit for the amount of the package that is in question.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
